Venison Ham is prepared from boneless hind leg muscles by curing and smoking them to perfection. Each leg may yield three boneless pieces that can be cured. Venison Ham is fully cooked and delicious sliced for sandwiches or warmed to be served as a main course as you would a conventional ham prepared from pork. This product is so tender and moist that most people that try it for the first time do not believe that it is venison.

Venison Bacon
Venison Bacon is made by coarsely grinding venison and pork, curing, forming into a bacon slab shape, then smoking and cooking. Once cooled the Venison Bacon is sliced prior to packaging. You can prepare and use Venison Bacon in the same way as bacon that you purchase in the store.
